One Solution Home Care was founded in 2012 by Dawn Douglas. Dawn uses her passion and experience to provide professional and compassionate home care services. She has worked in the health care field for over 30 years and is experienced in the nutritional, physical, and memory care needs of the elderly.
In-Home Assessments
At One Solution Home Care, family members and clients are integral to the care that we provide. Our in-home assessments include an evaluation with a team of professionals, including registered nurses, that will determine the best possible care plan. Each care plan is unique and developed to tailor fit the individual needs of each and every client.
Our care team understands how stressful the process of finding home care for your loved one can be, that's why we make every effort to provide a smooth and pleasant transition for every family. We strive to provide consistent quality care while remaining affordable.
Staffing
Our staffing team works diligently to hire only the best caregivers. Our hiring process consists of two 1-on-1 interviews, a complete orientation, and multiple training sessions. In order to complete the interview process, all applicants must undergo a thorough background check, including a *CORI and *BCI (which includes national fingerprinting).
We also give our clients, and their involved families the option to meet their caregivers before assigning them to cases. This helps ensure personality matches; we are not just here to provide care, but we want to make sure our clients are happy and comfortable with the people they see on a regular basis.

One Solution Home Care is insured and bonded by the State of Massachusetts and fully licensed in the State of Rhode Island.
*Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) is a record of all criminal court appearances in Massachusetts for a particular individual, including arrests, convictions, dismissals, and serious violations.
*BCI is a record of all criminal court appearances in R.I. for a particular individual, including arrests, convictions, dismissals, and serious violations.
